SL74HCT14 is Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter manufactured by System Logic Semiconductor.
Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter High-Performance Silicon-Gate CMOS The SL74HCT14 may be used as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS outputs to high-speed CMOS inputs. The SL74HCT14 is identical in pinout to the LS/ALS14. The SL74HCT14 is useful to “square up” slow input rise and fall times.
