Description
The SA8329 built in three independent full bridges consisting of N channel power MOSFETs.
It operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V and can deliver motor continuous current up to 2.5A and peak current up to 4.0A per channel. The internal safety Features include overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, under-voltage lockout and thermal shutdown.
The SA8329 is available in 4mmx4mm QFN 16-pin package with an exposed thermal pad on the back.
