1.5A, 2.7V-20V Dual H-Bridge Motor Driver Description Features The SA8833 is a bipolar stepper-motor driver with dual, built-in full-bridges consisting of N channel power MOSFETs. It operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 20V and can deliver motor current up to 1.5A per channel. The internal safety Features include overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, sinking and sourcing current limits implemented with external sensors, under-voltage lockout and thermal shutdown. Internal An over-temperature output flag is available to indicate thermal shutdown.
