SA9120
Description
The SA9120 is single channel H-Bridge driver IC with integrated diodes for motor application, it provides integrated motor-driver solution for robotics, consumer products and other low voltage or battery-powered motion control applications.
The SA9120 maximum operational voltage is 32.0V. It can supply up to 1.0A of output continuous current and 2.0A of output peak current. There is internal shutdown function for over-temperature protection.
Package material is Pb-Free Product & Ro HS pliant for the purpose of environmental protection and for sustainable development of the earth.
