UTO547 - Thin-Film Cascadable Amplifier

General Description

The 547 Series is a thin-film RF bipolar amplifier using lossless feedback for optimum noise figure and high dynamic range, and active bias to compensate for temperature and voltage variations.

Internal blocking capacitors couple the RF through the amplifier.
