TK11633U - THREE-TERMINAL VOLTAGE REGULATOR

Description

The TK116xxU series devices are low dropout, linear 3terminal regulators.

An internal PNP pass-transistor is used in order to achieve low dropout voltage (typically 160 mV at 80 mA load current).

The regulated output voltages of 3, 3.3, 5 and 9 V are available.
