Description

The TK714xxS is a low dropout linear regulator with internal PNP pass transistor that can supply 100mA load current.

The phase compensation in the IC has been optimized that the output capacitor can be omitted.

  • On/Off control available (High ON).
  • No input current at Off mode.

DESCRIPTION The TK714xxS is a low dropout linear regulator with internal PNP pass transistor that can supply 100mA load current.
