TMI3255S Overview
Description
The TMI3255S is a high efficiency, Constant onTime (COT) control mode synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 5A current. TMI3255S integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
