T6313A Description
The T6313A is a charge pump DC/DC converter driving a constant current up to 20mA for each LED of total four LEDs. It is a high efficiency device that is up to 93%, and it would be a suitable driving device for LED back light application. The T6313A operates in a 1.5x charge pump mode based on input voltage from 2.7v to 5.5v.
