General Description

TS4266G is a 5V low-drop fixed-voltage regulator in an SOT-223-4L package.

It can be switched ON and OFF by the Inhibit pin.

It is functional and pin patible to the TS4266, but with a reduced quiescent current of <1uA in OFF mode and 40uA in ON mode.
