DTC143 XM/XE/XUA/XCA/XSA NPN Small Signal Transistor Small Signal Diode Features —Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistor (see equivalent circuit). —The bias resistors consist of thin -film resistors with plete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input.
