..net Tec Home Home Automation Made Easy Ki T TH308 Rain Sensor The TH308 has been designed to close opening/closing roofs and windows when it rains. Surface mount technology has been incorporated into a micro-controller specifically designed for Australian conditions. The sensor is equipped with a circuit that heats the surface a few degrees above ambient temperature enabling accurate detection in dew or foggy conditions. This feature also allows the surface to dry after it has stopped raining allowing for fast switching to a non-percipitation state.
