Techcode TD1465
TD1465 is a 600mA synchronous buck converter with integrated 900mΩ power MOSFETs. The TD1465 design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 40V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 75%VIN to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
