TD1484A Description
Features The TD1484A is a monolithic pulse-width-modulated (PWM) ⚫ synchronous step-down switch mode regulator with two ⚫ internal power MOSFETs. It achieves 3.2A continuous output ⚫ current over a wide input supply range with excellent load ⚫ and line regulation. Current mode operation provides fast ⚫ transient response and eases loop stabilization.
