General Description

 

Key Features

  •   TD1609  is  a  monolithic  asynchronous  buck  regulator.   The  device  provides  1.6A  of  continuous  load  current  over  a  wide  input  voltage  of  6V  to  40V.   It  uses  current  mode  control  to  regulator  the  output  voltage  and  provides  fast  transient  response.   The TD1609 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode  operation.   At  light  load,  the  IC  operates  in  the  PFM  mode  to  reduce  the  switching  losses.   At  heavy  load,  the  IC  works  in  PWM mode.   Hicc.
