XB1085 Description
The XB1085 is a series of low dropout positive voltage regulators with a high output current capacity of 3.0A . Stable output can be maintained by using 10μF (CIN) and 22μF (CL) of tantalum capacitors. The fixed voltage types (XB1085P series) are available in 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V.
