The XC6215 series are highly precise, low noise, positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes.
The series achieves very low supply current, 0.8μA (TYP.) and consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a current foldback circuit, and a phase pensation circuit plus a driver transistor.
Ultra small packages USP-3, USP-4, USPN-4, USP-6B06 and SSOT-24, and small package SOT-25 packages make high density mounting possible.
