Description
The XCM524 series is a multi bination module IC which prises of a 600mA driver transistor built-in synchronous step-down DC/DC converter and a high speed, high current LDO regulator with voltage detector function.

- * A dissipation pad on the reverse side of the package should be electrically isolated
- *1: Voltage level of the VDR’s dissipation pad should be VSS level
- *2: Voltage level of the DC/DC’s dissipation pad should be VSS level
