XCL102/XCL103 Series Inductor Built-in Step-up “micro DC/DC” Converter (micro DC/DC) ETR28011-005b ☆Green Operation patible - GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XCL102/XCL103 series is a synchronous step-up micro DC/DC converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package (2.0mm×2.5mm, h=1.04mm). A stable step-up power supply is configured using only two capacitors connected externally. An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit wiring.
