XD6124 Description
The XD6121/XD6122/XD6123/XD6124 series is a group of high-precision, low current consumption voltage detectors with watchdog functions incorporating CMOS process technology. The series consist of a reference voltage source, delay circuit, parator, and output driver. With the built-in delay circuit, the series do not require any external ponents to output signals with release delay time.
