XD6216 Description
☆AEC-Q100 Grade2 XD6216 series are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase pensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable in 0.1V increments within the range of 1.8V to 12V using laser trimming technologies.
