Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift.

Both CMOS and N-ch open drain output configurations are available.

(VIN=1.5V) Output Configuration : N-ch open drain output or CMOS Packages : SOT-23 SOT-89 Environmentally Friendly : EU RoHS Compliant, Pb Free.
