TC74HC7244AF Description
They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The TC74HC7240A/7244A have same and function as the TC74HC240A/244A. And they have a hystereis characterictics with each input, so TC74HC7240A/7244A can be used as a line receiver, etc.
