TC74VHCT541AFT Description
They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The TC74VHCT540A is an inverting type and, the TC74VHCT541A is a non-inverting type. When either G1 or G2 are high, the terminal outputs are in the high-impedance state.
