TC74VHCV05FK TOSHIBA CMOS Digital Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TC74VHCV05FK Hex Schmitt Inverter (open drain) The TC74VHCV05FK is an advanced high speed CMOS INVERTER fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Output have high performance MOS N-channel transistor.
