TOSHIBA PHOTO RELAY Telemunication Data Acquisition Measurement Instrumentation The Toshiba TLP595A consists of an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a six lead plastic DIP package.
