Outline and Device Characteristics The TMP93CS40/S41 are high-speed advanced 16-bit microcontrollers developed for controlling medium to large-scale equipment. The TMP93CS41 does not have a ROM; the TMP93CS40 has a built-in ROM. Otherwise, the devices function in the same way. The TMP93CS40/S41F are housed in a 100-pin flat package.
