General Description

• Dual Binary Counter 2.

General The 74HC393D is a high speed CMOS 4-BIT BINARY COUNTER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

  • (1) Wide operating temperature range: Topr = -40 to 125.
  • (Note 1) (2) High speed: fMAX = 72 MHz (typ. ) at VCC = 5 V (3) Low power dissipation: ICC = 4.0 µA (max) at Ta = 25.
