General Description

• Octal Bus Transceiver 2.

General The 74HCT245D is high speed CMOS OCTAL BUS TRANSCEIVER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

  • (Note) (1) High speed: tpd = 11 ns (typ. ) at VCC = 5.5 V (2) Low power dissipation: ICC = 4.0 µA (max) at Ta = 25  (3) Compatible with TTL outputs: VIL = 0.8 V(max) VIH = 2.0 V(min) (4) Wide interfacing ability: LSTTL, NMOS, CMOS (5) Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≈ tPHL Note: Do not apply a signal to any bus pins when it is in the output mode. Damage may result. All floating (high impedance) bus pins must have their input levels fixed by means of pull-up or pull-down resistors. 4. Packaging.
