Description DCL540C01/DCL540D01/DCL540L01/DCL540H01/DCL541A01/DCL541B01 are high-speed quad-channel digital isolators. Outstanding performance characteristics are achieved by Toshiba CMOS technology and the magnetic coupling structure. In addition, they comply with UL 1577 and has a 5000Vrms rating as an isolation voltage.
