TOSHIBA Bi-CMOS Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TB62718AFG Controller and Driver for Full-color LED Modules and Panels TB62718AFG The TB62718AFG is an LED driver which is suitable for driving full-color LED modules. This device has built-in 8 bit PWM grayscale and an output current adjustment functions. It can turn on to 16 LEDs. This device has a heat sink fitting side on the surface of the package. Then, a heat sink will dissipate heat generated in the device. In addition, this device incorporates built-in TSD (thermal Shutdown) and output-open detection functions to protect the device.
