1. Outline
The TB67S105FTG is a two phase bipolar stepping motor driver using a PWM chopper, controlled by 8-bit serial data. Fabricated by the BiCD process, the TB67S105FTG is rated at 50 V/3.0 A. The internal voltage regulator allows to control the device with a single VM power supply.
