The TB67S521FTAG is a PWM chopper type 2-phase bipolar stepping motor driver IC. By applying the BiCD process, the TB67S521FTAG is rated at 40 V /2.8 A (Absolute maximum ratings). The on-chip VCC regulator allows control of a stepping motor with a single VM power supply.
