The TB67S569FTG is a PWM chopper type 2-phase bipolar drive system stepping motor driver IC with PWM chopper type 2-phase bipolar drive. Using the BiCD process, it achieves an output withstand voltage of 40 V and a maximum current of 2.0 A.
