TC74VHC257F/FT/FK TOSHIBA CMOS Digital Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TC74VHC257F, TC74VHC257FT, TC74VHC257FK Quad 2-Channel Multiplexer (3-state) The TC74VHC257 is an advanced high speed CMOS MULTIPLEXER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology.

It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

It is composed of four independent 2-channel multiplexers with common SELECT and OUTPUT ENABLE ( OE ).
