TC74VHCV07FK TOSHIBA CMOS Digital Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TC74VHCV07FK Hex Schmitt Buffer (open drain) The TC74VHCV07FK is an advanced high speed CMOS BUFFER fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Output have high performance MOS N-channel transistor.
