Outline The TC78B027FTG is a 1-Hall sine-wave PWM controller for 3phase brushless DC motors. N-ch MOSFET can be used as external FET’s. A non-volatile memory (NVM) and a closed loop speed control function are incorporated. Cost can be suppressed without using microcontrollers. TC78B027FTG 2. Applications Fan motors (e.g. Server) QFN24 3.
