General The TC7SPN334L6X is a CMOS high-speed single-bit bus buffer designed to interface between two subsystems operating at different voltage levels between 1.1 V and 3.6 V. Its input and output provide overvoltage tolerance and accept up to 3.6 V in power-down mode (power-down protection).
