Overview
TLCS-46A is a C2MOS high speed and low power 4-bit single chip microcomputer for consumer applications. A single and integral microcomputer has been composed of a 4-bit parallel arithmetic and logical unit (ALU), accumulator (AC), program memory (ROM), data memory (RAM), input/output ports, clock generator, and divider incorporated.
