TD62602P Description
The TD62601P, TD62601F series are pin patible with CMOS 4049B and 4050B type except Vref terminal. Vref is set at 1 / 2 VCC with internal resistors and it is change able using external resistors. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
