These drivers are specifically designed for fluorescent display applications. Applications include relay, hammer and lamp drivers. FEATURES l High output voltage type−APA : VCE (SUS) = 50 V (Min) l Output current (single output) : IOUT = −500 mA / ch (Max) l Output clamp diodes l Single supply voltage l Input compatible with TTL, 5 V CMOS l Package type : DIP−18 pin Weight: 1.478 g (Typ.) TYPE TD62783APA DESIGNATION TTL, 5 V CMOS PIN CONNECTION (TOP VIEW) SCHEMATICS (EACH DRIVER) MAXIMUM RATINGS (Ta = 25°C) Note: The input and output parasitic diodes cannot be used as clamp diodes.
