The Toshiba TLP2418 consists of an infrared emitting diode and integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector. The TLP2418 is housed in the SO8 package. The output stage is an open collector type. The photodetector has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed mon-mode transient immunity of ±15 k V/μs.
