TOSHIBA PHOTOCOUPLER PHOTO RELAY TLP3217 TLP3217 Measuring Instruments Logic IC Testers / Memory Testers Board Testers / Scanners The TOSHIBA TLP3217 is an ultra-small photorelay suitable for surfacemount assembly. The TLP3217 consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET and is housed in a 4-pin package. The TLP3217 is suitable for applications that require low output capacitance and high isolation voltage, such as LCD testers.
