General The TLP3315 is a photorelay in a 4-pin USOP that consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled with an infrared LED. The TLP3315 features low CR multiplication and extremely low On-state resistance, allowing high Onstate current. Its features also include low Off-state current and low output pin capacitance, enabling it to be used for highfrequency measuring instrument applications. 3.
