2. General
The TOSHIBA TLP3414 is a very small outline non-leaded photorelay suitable for surface-mount assembly. The TLP3414 consists of an infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET and is housed in a VSON 4-pin package. The TLP3414 Features extremely low On-state resistance, enabling it to be used for high-frequency measuring instrument applications.
