The TOSHIBA TLP669LF(S) consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a triac-output photocoupler featuring a zero-cross voltage and housed in a 6-pin DIP package. The TLP669LF(S) offers higher impulse noise immunity than that of the TLP666LF(S). Absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics are the same as those given in the TLP669L(S) technical datasheet.
