TMP88CU74 CMOS 8-Bit Microcontroller TMP88CU74F The TMP88CU74 are the high speed and high performance 8-bit single chip microputers. These MCU contain 8-bit AD conversion inputs and a VFT (Vacuum Fluorescent Tube) driver on a chip.
