Difference between 89FM42A and 89FM42, 89CM42
In the product with an internal oscillator (89FM42A), a part of after reset value in registers and characteristics is different from that of the products which have no internal oscillator (89FM42, 89CM42). For details, please refer to "2. CPU" and "25. Electrical Characteristics".
