The TGA2536-FL is designed using TriQuint’s proven standard 0.25μm gate pHEMT production process.

The TGA2536-FL is designed using TriQuint’s proven standard 0.25μm gate pHEMT production process. The TGA2536-FL features low loss ground-signalground (GSG) RF transitions designed to interface with a coplanar waveguide multilayer board.
