The TriQuint TGA4530-SM is a packaged High Power Amplifier for 17 21 GHz applications. The part is designed using using TriQuint’s power pHEMT production process. The TGA4530-SM nominally provides 29 dBm saturated output power at the 1 dB pression gain and 38 dBm TOI for bias of 6 V, 825 mA.
